2. Are your products free from preservatives?
Yes. We do not use refined sugar, artificial colors, preservatives, or additives in our gourmet range. Every product is handcrafted with natural and high-quality ingredients.

4. How do I place an order?

5. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary between 2–7 business days depending on your location. For Delhi NCR we also do same day delivery. Please get in touch for details
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, for bulk international gifting inquiries, please contact us directly at support@turtlebox.in.

7. Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Yes, you can add a personalized note during checkout, and we will include it with your Turtle Box gift.
8. What is your return or refund policy?
Since we deal in gourmet food items, returns are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
