Jaggery Coated Walnuts

Inspired by the wisdom of my dadi, we coat our walnuts in jaggery, just like she insisted after winter meals. The sweet, earthy flavor of jaggery, combined with the nutty crunch of walnuts and a hint of aromatic fennel, brings back the warmth and love of those winter days. While it cannot replace her warm hugs, it brings a smile to my face, as I fondly think of her.
